El manejo de las competencias como herramienta para las organizaciones

Hoy fue un dia donde el tema de las competencias se destaco: como determinar quien tiene las competencias necesarias y quien no, como desarrollar a nuestros socios a traves de un desarrollo de "carrera" dentro de la Comunidad, etc...

Estos dos articulos, disculpen el ingles, nos dan una idea sobre lo que podemos hacer si aprendemos bien que es y que no es una competencia, y si desarrollamos un sistema para el manejo de competencias.
